Forza Motorsport 4, if for no other reason than the horrifically bad AI

The Crew. Just hear me out.

Other than no man’s sky, this is probably the most hyped video game in a long time. To begin with, the game felt extremely lackluster and very empty and boring. I know that you have the entirety of the United States to drive with and a buttload of car customization, but so much just felt so cheap. The driving physics for pretty lame and loose, a lot of the cars parked on the side streets had really bad graphics and bad textures, and I almost never saw a soul driving around so the multiplayer aspect was pretty trashed. And don’t even get me started on the AI, trying to win at any race was near impossible. The rubber banding AI was the biggest pain in the ass I’ve ever had to deal with in a racing game. I have nearly thrown my controller on several occasions because of just how bad the AI is in this video game. Even if I managed to pit maneuver one of them into a wall they would be back right on my tail within seconds and somehow fly around corners at a hundred miles an hour while I am trying to slow down and keep myself from understeering into corners. The only thing I liked about this game was exploration and that was pretty much it. Also before I forget, the car sounds were absolutely horrific and none of them are even close to what the cars should sound like.

Midnight Club: Los Angeles for PS3

Too much traffic, hard to make money, delivery missions are near impossible, indestructible things like signs and lampposts and those that can be knocked down are virtually identical so I end up crashing into a dead stop on something i thought i could brush off, and its one of those games where any impact to the rear wheels causes my car to make a complete 180 and forced to watch my opponents speed past while I struggle to correct myself and catch up. Oh and while there’s cheats to make my life easier, they wont allow any progress to be made or money to be earned with them on so they’re
pointless.

Any of the Burnout games. Garbage physics, fictional ripoff cars, low quality textures, among other things.

NFS Undercover for PS3/Xbox 360/PC for me. The physics are either like driving on black ice (if you drive a muscle car) or like you’re on rails (pretty much every other car). The colors were also pretty annoying. It’s like there’s too much orange all over that either makes other colors look orange-ish or black. Couldn’t really appreciate my builds outside of the garage.

I found driving the Pagani the worst. Like riding a greased pig on a cannonball. But the rest wasn’t significantly more enjoyable.
