How to remove pipe inside a pipe inside a pipe?

Okay this is an unique problem..

So the outer pipe needs to be protected and reused so i can’t just hack it off..
The pipe inside needs to be pulled out so i can push the new muffler in the old pipe..
And then there is a random third pipe that i have no idea why it’s there but it needs to be removed too..

Methods tried already:
-Heating it red hot and then locking the pipe end with vice grips and bashing the vice grips with a hammer. (The metal only deformed on the vice grip bite.)
-Hammering the muffler while the pipe still was attached.
-Wd-40

The pipe is 50 years old and the outer pipe is anywhere from 50-20 years old.
So the rust is pretty much stronger than a weld.

The most crucial tool, the grinder is something i can’t afford. So any ideas what to do?

This is the situation at the front end.. I already hack sawed the pipes so i could drop the muffler out..
The exhaust clamps are welded on.. The front end needs the inner pipe to be intact and the outer pipe destroyed.. So the only thing i could think of is to just split the outer pipe in half without damaging the inner pipe.

I wonder if i could use a dremel like a grinder for this.. Haven’t found a metal cut blade for it yet though.

Fun fact: The muffler is exactly 50 years old. It’s the original middle muffler from ford. It has the official ford stamp on it with a date to 1967.

Could you not cut it back from where you need to keep the same dia. Then get a pipe to suit and join with a cuff joiner🤔

That would make you have a joiner piece in the middle with two clamps which looks unprofessional and not museum quality.. Sure it’s simple and easy but i’m looking for those hardcore oldtimer guys who grew up with this stuff.

Wow, removing those pipes inside a pipe is interesting! I’m also curious to know how it goes.

So far, it’s being a nightmare because i can’t buy a grinder yet.. So i have to do it the “old fashioned way”.. Luckily i have a dremel so that’ll help a small bit..

Some jackass welded the clamps on the pipes so i have to chew trough those too..
But my main problem is the rear exhaust pipe that has 3 pipes inside eachother… I’m trying to cut it from the inside…

eFF it… Hacksaw + grinder and got it dealt with.. Shame i can’t get a museum quality finish to it but i’d rather have a exhaust done than have nightmares with it for the weekend when i got other stuff to do..
