K24 because its a better base to earn big power. A friend is doing a K-swap at this time. But its more difficult than a B-swap

Depends on the year of the civic.. If is was an older Civic.. I would go B series all day long.. If it was a 2006 or newer than the K is helpful due to the heavy weight of the civic..
The other issue is the Driver by wire vs the cable.. not to mention the Clutch one being spring and another being hydraulic.. Personally always had a soft spot for the B series engines..
I guess you can do a b18 as powerful as a k24 and maybe more
b18 is better for the ek’s because the k24 rotates clockwise and the b18 the opposite way. so it is way easier to swap an b18. the ek is very light too so you can go very fast with the b18. and b engines are way cheaper to buy. the whole swap will cost you much more on an ek.
That’s true , b swap will be cheaper but if u wanna go big with a b series, u have to put a turbo on it . On a k24 is 350-400 na possible so I chooses the hard way and swapped a k24A3 from a EU accord cl9 :)
For me I would do a b18. But that’s just because I know more about those and plus there Less expensive lol
To bad those swaps are a pain in the ass to get dine legally here :’c
