She is. Looks like she wants the VIP treatment to be dropped in the front door, and it sounds like he already took her to the right place but she refused to get out, then he took her to the other entrance and she pulled out her phone and played dumb.
Thats usually the case, they wind up whoever it is and record the video halfway so they can play the victim card
especially when the guy said she was in a rush and rude
“Where is my destination?” Well, you could use the phone you are using to record the video to find out.
Looks like she was trying to bait him to do something stupid, when the owner of the vehicle tells you to get out, there is no discussion. You get out.

Sometimes I see videos like this where people get angry and all but when someone is on or in this case in someone’s else’s property and asked to leave they have to get out, it’s ridiculous what the lady was doing and although I don’t encourage anger the man just wanted her out and to be done with the whole thing
