What happened to the kill switch corvette in Need for speed Payback

The corvette police car in need for speed payback was announced in gamescom. But in the Gamescom trailer The Corvette Had a kill switch. so is it a scraped idea like the alignment feature Back in E3 .

I think That They Thought That it was overpowered. People said That The Abandoned Cars Feature people said that The Cop System Acted Like Free-roam cops. There Was no checkpoints so theres no specific path you can go so, you can go anywhere then you can use the same type of code to use for free-roam cops. People Were complaining that the police in the abandoned car feature weren’t as good as the missions so maybe if they can put in the kill switch corvette but that’s just a theory.
