Engine swap for the Toyota Celica T23

Hey guys so im the proud owner of my celica i bought her with 240k miles (Gas)
on her with the factory 140hp 1.8l engine im thinking about getting a new engine the factory 200Hp 1.8l Version willt this be a problem because the surrounding parts on my engine were buildt for the the 140hp version

Should be a very easy swap, I would consider just changing the whole car or putting a bigger engine inside like a Honda vtec 😍

Sounds like you’ve got a plan there buddy! Good advice from Oliver too :-) I’ve had a 1zz and a 2zz celica and the difference between them in character is staggering, that lift is so addictive! I’ve had the 2zz one about a fortnight and I’ve already done the exhaust haha! Couldn’t resist 😂 Best of luck with the swap 😁
