As an owner of a 2013 brz, I absolutely love the engine bay and the best part is how big it is… Put side by side with a ‘15 sti and it looks way bigger and looser….for future LS SWAP!!!!!

I’m not 100% here but it looks like the BRZ has plastic front inner fenders that seem easily removable for a steering lock kit and mad skidzzz
I Bought my car at 20k mil from an older guy thinking he had taken car of it. Dealer had to change the shift tick, tighten something cause the engine was too loaud, calibrated the idle cause it was deelping to low and told me the boxer engine was not a good motor for the FRS, whatever that meant? Any who, I’m thinking of changing my car for a Subaru. I think for 20k mil its crapping out or that old guy was drifting it. Can anyone relate ?? By the way…the idle still dips low at a stop telling me the car learns from my driving! My rpm’s are between 1 & 0 at normal state. The dealer is Bull crap. Any suggestions.????
Did you ever read the owners manual? It says “this motor does not idle normally”. Also, I’ve heard about ppl with he frs having issues with theirs, but I’ve had my brz for almost 2 yrs and over 56k miles, nothing more than standard maintenance, oil changes, 3 sets of tires.
I bought my brz brand new. 50k kms of wringing the crap out of her, including 2 canadian winters, shes still going strong!
You know what the BRZ needs? It needs more luv, it is a great car. It doesnt need more power because most of the ppl who say it does clearly do not own the car so who are they to say what the car needs if all they do is diss.
my Friend ask me about the sparkplugs of this car.he said it was had a disel engine ? if no where is the sparkplugs LOL
