I prefer to think of it as there are some drivers that are bad and some drivers that are good. We should not define people’s abilities by the car they drive.
Let’s choose a random example: If I bought you a professional artist’s pencil and I bought myself a cheap tacky pencil, would that change the content that you or I could work at? Nope, our ability to use it simply depends on our natural skills and how we listen and are influenced.
There are many other examples. Simply thing to say is? No, I completely disagree with your statement.
It’s true that not every Mercedes driver is a bad driver, in fact somebody I know very well has a Merc and drives perfectly ok. But since I go to university and have to do a 1hr drive every morning and evening during rush hour it has come to my attention that a lot of of people in Merc’s are the one that drive 50kph where you are allowed to do 70kph building up gigantic queues behind them, or the ones that pull off stupid maneuvers at the red lights, park illegaly, never give way, in general think that the roads are theirs. Offcourse I’m generalizing which is a risky thing to do, I know.
Mercedes drivers are bad? I present you… the BMW drivers!!!!
