BMW 335i vs Mercedes-Benz C350

After the positive feedback on the E55 vs Dodge Charger Hellcat, I decided to make another one. This time, it’s my former BMW E90 335i facing my wife’s Mercedes-Benz W204 C350.

Ladies first, they said, Let’s take a look at the Merc first….

Stats

1. It is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC 24-valve V6 that produces 268 horsepower, 258 pound-feet of torque
2. 0-60 5.5 seconds
3. Top speed is 130 mph limited

Positives

1. SPACIOUS
What? Spacious? A fu*king C class is “spacious”? Hold on,guys.. OK, sure, the C350 isn’t the most spacious thing in the world but for a compact sedan, I think it’s pretty good. I am 6’2” and I do feel comfortable in the back seats,it has some plushy seats and it is very, very nice.

2. THE HANDLING
Awwhhh,it is amazing. It really makes you want to go faster when you’re in some twisty roads (unfortunately, 45 mph speed limits won’t let us do that). It is quite nimble for a 4 door sedan

3. BARGAIN??
This thing costs $40k standard and I call that quite a bargain. It is absolutely fun to drive and I took it to Sebring for track day and man, it is a C63 with a smaller engine (I’ve driven a C63 Black). Definitely a good thing

4. DAILY DRIVER?
I said that it is capable of doing some amazing track stuff but can you daily it? Yes you can. It’s quick enough to make you impressed and you can take kids to school and buy groceries. Is there anything more that I want to ask? (actually, yes. That’s in the negatives)

5. RIDE QUALITY
It is very nice on the roads and on the track too. It’s great overall and if you’re doing 100, you feel calm and chill and I have to say that those seats are very comfortable

Negatives

1. INTERIOR
You’re going to complain about the interior???? Yes, sadly. Mercedes Benz has some really good interiors for their cars. The W204 however, it is full of plastic all over it. It has wood trims on the doors which is really nice. But,the dashboard and everything else is just dome plain plastics.

2. RELIABILITY & REPAIR COSTS
Like what I said about the E55 on my E55 vs Hellcat, if you broke something, your wallet will be fu*ked.

3. 130 mph? Why?
I understand if it is on a high performance AMG but in this? What’s the point of that? It’s like having a small d*ck and you wanted it to be smaller..

Now let’s move to the BMW…

Stats

1. The 335 is powered by the N54B30 3.0 liter turbocharged inline 6 that produces 302 hp and 300 lb-ft of torque
2. 0-60 in 4.8 seconds
3. Top speed is 155 limited

Positives

1. FASTER
OH HELL YEAH!! Unlike the Benz that has a small d!ck made smaller, the Bimmer has a small d!ck made even bigger. Top speed is limited to 155 unlike the Benzy’s 130 mph.

2. SOOO FAN SEEH INTERIOR
Unlike the Benzy, the 3er has a nicer interior. Less plastics and more wood trims on it.

3. TIME ATTACK, BRO!
It is a wonderful track car. It has a very staggering performance. It really is. I can’t describe it. It has a very supportive seats that is very comfortable too.

4. BETTER BARGAIN??
C350 starts at $40k. This? This costs…….wait for it……$36k. It has more top speed and better interior. Enough said

5. DAILY DRIVER?
Yes, you can. That’s all that I’m going to say. No, no, that’s not it. 19/28 city/highway mpg? Yes,please.

Negatives

1. SPACIOUS??
It’s not as spacious as the C-class. It’s more cramped up inside. Seats? They’re okay and there’s nothing bad that I wanted to say about it,really. But, my God, it is cramped out in there…

2. RELIABILITY
No issues about repair costs,though. But is it reliable? Not quite. Maintenance will be painful.

3. DIFFICULTY
Learn to drive, you moaning b*tch!! Shut up. I can drive it but on sketchy weathers this thing is a pain. The traction control is pretty horrible in this thing when you compare it to the C350’s.
