One question I’ve been wanting an answer for is can you daily a car on lowering springs with stock rear shocks? I have a focus ST Estate and I want to lower it onto springs and shocks. Can get B6 shocks for the front but no one makes shocks or coilovers for the rear. Only leaves me with one option really and it definitely needs to lose a couple of inches.

Should add I would buy brand new stock rear shocks not use the existing ones.

It is not going to a major difference when you dont even cut a hole loop/circle on the spring, but as he says in the video, there is a chance that the spring can come loose. When I drove cut springs I locked them in place with hose clamps.

Wheel Nuts

Cutting the springs also completely messes up your suspension geometry.

There was an asian boy and girl that used a plastic bag because they did not want to buy condoms (embrassment i guess) and they started bleeding from the friction.

The plastic bag is supposed to be to cover the face anyway. Why do people use it wrong?
