Did you know that there is a secret menu on Mercedes models with the LCD single stage climate control? More info in comments

Press and hold the Rest button with the system on until it starts flashing. Then, you can use the fan speed buttons to cycle through the menus. Press Rest when done and you will be returned to the normal climate control operations. Hope this helps :)
