You guys need to kow that poutine (poo-teen) is the main attraction here in Montreal, and the whole province of Quebec. Many Hollywood celebrities, musicians and racecar drivers come for it. A mix of french fries (chips for the fancy), gravy and curd cheese, it’s a delicious meal. Not so healthy, but oh-so good.
