I've always wondered.. What is the story behind the "GT badge" on the side of the nissan skylines. Why is it there? What does it represent etc? Thanks

GT=Gran Turismo, Skylines, especially the R 32 GT-R were very succesful in GT Racing. Manufacturers have to sell a certain amount of cars to be allowed to take place in those races, so that’s where it comes from I think :-)

They serve as a way to tell the engine in the car. because you don’t just get GT-Rs, you Get GTS-T and GTS and GTT. If you look on the background they’re different colours. So a GTS will have a blue GT badge meaning it;’s non turbo, But turbo Skylines will have a red GT badge
