Left torque converter in the rain.
I dun goofd, forgot it outside and of course it rained. My friend said it’s probably done for and i have to get new one but new one costs quite alot even if it’s used one, i don’t want to put it in and notice it doesn’t work and get it out etc. Is there a way to test it or try to save it?

Why would rain damage a torque converter? Just put it upside down and let the water pour out.. Maybe put it some place warm so it can dry up..
Is the converter used or new if it has been used before? If it has been used before the internals will have an oil coating and won’t rust put is somewhere warm to dry out maybe in an oven @200 fahrenheit
