Last Sunday, one idiot showing off in a Lexus IS200 managed to cause serious injuries to the attendee of a Ford meet at London’s Ace Cafe. This footage of the accident has since emerged, but the good news is - judging by comments on this Facebook video - the injured man did at least escape without any broken bones, and has apparently now been released from hospital.
We spoke to Ace Cafe managing director Marc Wilsmore earlier today, who confirmed that the Lexus driver was nothing to do with the Ford Enthusiasts Charity Meet, and hadn’t even entered the premises on the evening.
Growing up on a diet of World Rally Championship highlights and lengthy Gran Turismo 2 sessions, a life in cars was as good as inevitable for Matt.
