My first car! 1997 BMW 316i compact. Not best color or engine, but it has a heart! Oh, and no license... yet
I am 18 and have had the car for a few months and driven it with a companion, i bought it before i discovered CarThrottle :c HOWEVER! i just passed the theoretical test so all i have left is my driving test, EASY!

I myself also own an BMW E36 316i compact, but with an M43B19 engine from an Z3 !

1.6 102ps or 1.9 105ps?
1.9 can do some drifts too and is a good mileage engine (maximum torque at 2500rpm) but that 1.6 has almost no power under 3500rpm and can get thirsty when you floor it.
It’s a very good car and I love the colour. Drive safe and good luck!
