(Poll) What flavour Audi S5 would you get?
V8 4.2 FSI (n/a) vs V6 3.0 (s/c)

V8 -> Wider torque band, better noise and bragging rights
V6 -> Lighter so faster and less weight over the front axle so better driving dynamics (also sounds good)

V8 (I know this from ownership)!

It’s a matter of personal preference, of course.

Look in the future. You are driving on the road and see another S5 on the road.
You have V6. He has V8. Do you feel Jealous ? I would.
Other way around. Would you be jealous if he had V6? I don’t think so.

Maybe, depends how important driving fast is to the V8 owner because the V6 will leave it behind and also has the ability to do a chip tune up to 400hp+. It’s a hard choice for me

There is no replacement for displacement. V8 is the best choice

i concur, and easier to get some decent power out of. Also, you can have it with a dual clutch s-tronic gearbox, V8 is the old tiptronic.
