What hit his arm?

wind force snatched his phone, put your hand out of window at 80 mph, flat on to resistance then side on.

Either he pulled on them like a boss or the non rager slowed way down

Should have happened tothe other driver, though. The pillock overtook on the right, you don’t do that.

I’m pretty sure he did that ‘cause the other driver was hogging the left lane. Otherwise, I don’t think he would have posted this video.

There a a few states (mine included) in the U.S. where there aren’t laws established for the passing lane. Is it still super douchy? Of course it is but there isn’t anything saying I can’t hog the left lane or pass on the right.

Looks like the guy in the Kia is being a jerk and deliberately holding up the camera guy. He passes on the left because of other traffic in the right hand lane. Also if you watch the video to the end you’ll see the guy in the Kia pass them on the wrong side of the road.
