My thoughts is that they won’t be able to be prosecuted here, and in Mexico the cops don’t really care you could give them a few dollars and they’ll let you go.

I am pretty sure they do notbactually go to Mexico, it is just a word they use to say that they are going to hoon around and if they say mexico they cant really be tried for drifting in Ex: florida
