Hey everybody! Time to get educational, so yeah, it’s gonna get boring. Today we are going to debunk most of Michael Fernie’s blog post on wheels and how they affect performance. If you haven’t read it yet - here’s a link https://www.carthrottle.com/post/how-does-wheel-size-affect-performance/ Read it if you must, but we’ll be covering most of it here anyways.

Most petrolheads have a common car in their head when they think fast and powerful. For me, it’s a 2004 Ford Mustang Cobra “Terminator”, a car I’ve lusted after since it first came out. With a base horsepower figure of 390, a simple porting of the supercharger or addition of a new one can easily bump it up to 500 horses. Might I also add they sound great with aftermarket exhaust! You may be wondering though why I bring the Cobra up, but you’ll see soon enough. Today I want to give facts and technical information of the fastest cars in drag racing, Top Fuel.

Originally launched way back in 1957 the Trabant almost instantly became the most popular vehicle in East Germany, which is which is hardly an achievement as the Trabant was one of two options (the other being the relatively upmarket and expensive Wartburg) if you were in the market for a car in East Germany. Seeing as there was no competition it’s manufacturer, VEB Sachsenring Automobilwerke Zwickau (catchy, I know), set out on a mission to create the ideal car for the people.

It’s been nearly a year since I purchased my very first car (and nearly a month since I sold it :’( but i’ll get to that later) Here’s the story of my very first car. The car you see here is a 1989 BMW 750iL, and yes it has a V12 engine as it’s heart, a 5.0L in fact.

First let us look at the engines available, because this is much likely a thing which is most difficult to change. I will sort them by engine Code and not size of the engine, so do not be disturbed.

What? A lamborghini SUV? The only SUV from these Italians you know of is that concept called the Urus. But really? An SUV? From the time when Lamborghini made the Countach and the Jalpa (my dream car). A time when, like that wall Mr. Trump proposes, V12s were massively huge. 8.7 lt V48 engine? Yes please! Anyways, this thing had the huge engine from the countach. I want one, how ‘bout you?

Disclaimer: I can’t guarantee an unbiased review here, I grew up with a same-gen Subaru Outback as the family car and I love the thing to death, then it got sold and now I’ve got the Liberty, which I also love, plus it’s a manual, so yeah.

Because you guys really love Dacias, especially the Sandero, I decided to make an article about Romania’s number 1 automobile manufacturer. We are going to take a look at the company’s history showing some models that you already know and others that you don’t know, because, let’s be honest, Dacia didn’t make just the Sandero, the Duster, and the Logan. Kawasaki has long been a player in the sub-250cc motorcycle market. Its Ninja 250 stood the test of time, before getting bumped up to 300cc in 2013. But with that move, it left the door open for a truly entry-level streetbike. We were recently invited to Kawasaki’s Irvine, California, headquarters to see the very first of the company’s 2017 model offerings, the brand-new-for-the-U.S.-market Z125 Pro.

If there’s one thing is car guys love (besides cars), it’s car mods. However, some of us don’t have the green to go buy us a set of Yonaka coil overs or a Borla exhaust system. But when you’re broke, you get creative. Here are some popular budget alternatives to some car mods. Disclaimer: this list is strictly for educational purposes, as none of these mods are guaranteed to work properly, and could potentially damage your car. So if you must try them, exercise caution, and always wear protective wear.

5 cheap petrolhead cars in Europe
Being a petrolhead can be hard sometimes. Especially if you are young and live in Europe. All you want is a car that is your own. But as a petrolhead it just cant be ANY car. No, you want something special, something you do not find everywhere. But what makes a car special ? It should have a lot of power, a decent handling, great looks, a great heritage and RWD or AWD would be cool too huh? Oh and yeah, you do not want a new car. We petrolheads like older cars from a “better” time. Classics with character and personality.

Wallis, a distant relative of Barnes Wallis, had developed a workable plan for harnessing a gas turbine to a race car. He first presented the idea to Dan Gurney, who passed on the idea. Wallis then offered the plan to Carroll Shelby and Shelby said (according to later court testimony), “Hogwash.” Finally, Andy Granatelli of STP expressed interest in the concept. Wallis and his crew moved in with Andy’s brother Joe at STP’s Paxton division in Santa Monica, and they began work on the turbocar in January 1966.

Soo.. I started the crew nearly 2 years ago. Played it through and had much fun with the game but after that there wasnt a reason to play it again, so i stopped i heared a little of the Wildrun update but i thought its not much worth these 30€ . Then 2 weeks ago from now i fired it up again and thought: ,,Why not start the Game again and do some races and cruise around” and i had fun of the game again so i bought the wildrun update and i was amazed that the 30€ was really worth it then! New Bikes, events new setups etc..

If you’ve wondering how familiar the name of this car is, you would probably remember that this is one of the cars that were riced before they left the factory . Now that I’ve taken this particular car out for a spin, I ought that I should write a review on this not-so-Special Edition Proton Wira Aeroback. Before I begin, Dear Alex, the correct pronunciation for Wira is Wee-ruh (“U” as in “Umbrella), not Why-ruh .
