IMO it also depends on the use aswell. Whether you use it on streets, offroading, racing or drifting, the ‘’power norms’’ vary aswell.

Totally agree. My pug may only produce 170 bhp but only ways 750 kg

Depends on the car, but 250+ is pretty powerful for 1000-1150 kg
