How many BHP does it take for you to consider a car "powerful"?

For me it depends on the application in which you want to use ( or build ) a car. 500hp is more than enough for me though.

a car with 250 hp would be great. with some good suspension.

for 1500kg 200+ is decent

600 bhp in a sportscar as a ferrari
In a normal car above 170 bhp
And in a fun car 200bhp at 1000kg
