If you’d of asked me 2 years ago I’d of said 180bhp but nowadays I’d say 300bhp upwards

Below 100 - well ok
100-150 - solid
150-200 - nice
200 - 250 very nice
250+ epic
Powerful? 200+ I’d say

Having more than 250bhp is what I would consider fast having been in a Mk 3 focus ST which is an absolute rocket ship on ordinary roads :)
