Most definately a Civic Type R ‘97, I have a Civic 1.4 now, its decent fun to drive, and its a really good car to drive.

I would go with 1989 2.0 opel vectra. Because its engine is pretty potential for turbo install and is not restricted that badly with emission crap here in finland And i like the innocent look of the car :)
