Personally, its Turn 13 (Wall of Champions) of Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montréal. Not because of how challenging or exciting it is, but rather how it is reputed for taking out the egos of F1 champs. Plus the whole “Bienvenue au Québec” (Welcome to Québec) advert just add to the humour.
