Jack Olsen works as a Hollywood screenwriter, and during the Writer’s Guild strike in 2007 he suddenly found himself with a lot of spare time. He decided to overhaul his garage for just $3200 with little experience, proving that the garage of your dreams really isn’t that difficult to get.

Skip to the three minute mark to see this beauty in action. According to the owner, it’s “basically an aircraft carrier elevator”. It’s incredibly accurate, using computers to ensure it raises perfectly straight, and uses an incredible $25 of electricity every time it’s used!

None of these will fit all my dream cars. Even with the ‘bunk beds’

2 games come to mind: Test Drive Unlimited 2, and Project Gotham Racing 3. Just loved looking at a gleaming Cobra in the barn conversion driveway in PGR3, only bettered by an ‘Unlimited Test Drive’ on Oahu 😊

That guy in the second video just makes me angry. Buys identical motorcycles just to have them and never rides them and then he also builds a 5 million dollar garage and just stores some completely boring cars.
