Is 2 Years A Fair Jail Time For This Reckless Biker?

60 year-old biker Robert Hammond has been jailed for two years after helmet camera footage showed him speeding at 110mph in a 30mph zone and 153mph on a dual carriageway. He was clearly reckless, but is the punishment fair? Cast your vote!

This is why you shouldn’t put your speeds on the internet

there were three crack addicts that once tried to do an armed home invasion while I was in my apartment. after I prevented them from getting in, one of them shot through the front door 5 times and shot me in the leg. they each did 6 months for aggravated assault, so no he shouldn’t get a damn thing for speeding.

This is stupid. Did he killed anyone? No. Did he injured anynone around him incuding him self? No.
Two years for speading is just not right. Maybe it would be right if his license were suspended and a huge fine.
Get him out of jail or we rise ( atlest I will, cuz I
ride motorcycle too)
P.s. Sorry for bad English

Unless he did kill somebody, I don’t think he should face jail time. A larger fine, a 1 to 2 year ban and some community service would have sufficed.

In many places, a footage of a speedometer is does not work in court, so no-one can be punished, best is to just change your cams date and time to a few days behind

Whilst I absolutely don’t condone his actions, two years jail time is just ridiculous. Revoke his license for a year or so and make him retake his test, give him a fine and maybe a short jail sentence or community service, but such a long sentence in jail is just a waste of taxpayer’s money.

It’s not right to speed like that…but he’s not the only one…and those who have done it…I bet would be alot worse then his…I mean I’ve done 150 in my challenger…but I do it safely and the second I see a car in my path…I slow down. There’s ways to do it cause unfortunately…not everyone can hit a racetrack when ever they please
