8 Supercars The Audi TT RS Will Match To 62mph
Believe it or not, the new 395bhp TT RS is able to accelerate as quickly as these exotic supercars

The world’s motoring press let out a collective gasp last week when Audi released its new TT RS. The reason was the performance it’s packing: its 2.5-litre, turbocharged five-cylinder engine is good for a massive 395bhp, making 0-62mph possible in just 3.7 seconds.
It’s that last figure we want to focus on, as it means this jumped-up junior coupe is able to dispatch the benchmark 0-62mph sprint in exactly the same time as some considerably more exotic - and expensive - supercars, including a few from Audi’s own stable:
Pagani Zonda F

Audi R8 V10 Spyder

Audi R8 V10 Plus (first-gen)

Jaguar XJ220

Aston Martin One-77

Mercedes SLR McLaren 722

Porsche 911 Turbo (997)

Lamborghini Murcielago (6.2)

Daaaaammmnnn, the new TT RS is lit
Probably only two real reasons for this.
1) Good 4WD system
2) Weight
Very impressed with the news on this new RS, if only I had the cash.
Doesn’t the SLR McLaren 722 have 722 hp?
Ooh i wonder how well they will take to some mods!
If the hairdresser has to work till 4.55, but the stores close at 5
WOW! The only thing more upmarket than that will be price :-)
in other words.. you don’t need to spend a million bucks to have speed
Eh…I’m still not impressed. Audis were never interesting to me. Sorry.
Cool. Still, the other cars are way cooler.
Another soulless box claiming to be better than the supercars, nothing new, civic has pulled this last year with it’s nurburgring time.
