BMW 230i low powered car, cries in all over the world but a very few countries.
>250 bhp >“low powered”

I’ve pretty much come to the conclusion that 250bhp is basically the most you really need in a sporty car of normal weight. If the 230i was a six-cylinder it’d probably be spot on.
Car if it could talk: “All i needed to be fast was eurobeat, tofu and cupholder”
“Low powered”
The 230i isn’t the base model, the only models above it are the M240i and the M2. The models below it are the 218i, 220i and 228i.
What absolute bull manure, 250hp low power?! Try overtaking with the 60 French horses in a diesel c2
I saw someone trying to overtake 3 cars in a diesel c4… He made it… Barely (judging by the smoke he was flooring it). He almost caused a head on collision. The two cars in front of me came to a full stop and behind me was a audi at the normal distance (he stopped right where I would have been if I wasn’t able to go past the 2 cars). I’m still surprised that no one crashed…
Long story short, it can be done, but you are better of if you don’t…
1960: The Austin Mini Cooper proves that low power can be fun (55 bhp) 1970: The Lotus Europa proves that low power can be fun (63 bhp) 1980: The Toyota MR2 proves that low power can be fun (112-128 bhp) 1990: The Mazda MX-5 proves that low power can be fun (130 bhp) 2000: The Renault Clio proves that low power can be fun (166 bhp) 2012: The Ford Fiesta ST proves that low power can be fun (179 bhp) 2017: The BMW 230 proves that “low” power can be fun (250 bhp)
Just how many cars does it take to prove a single point??
My 235i is a lot more fun to drive over my neighbours aventador which is a genuinely scary experience😂 its like trying to fight a bull
Lets not get carried away lol
Since when is 248bhp considered “low power”?
My 170hp mini is fun, and people around here are getting a 218d with around 140hp, so 250 is more than enough i think
