And from the advice given yesterday, I’m also happy to report that a new set of wheels and tyres are on the way (I’m going to keep my choice under wraps until they’re fitted.)
These modifications should transform the handling. Watch out for a full write up and review very soon.

instead of wasting money for springs on stock shocks u better invest in turbotechnic!!!
“A mod worth doing is a mod worth doing yourself” especially when it comes to something as simple as springs and sway bars.
Litchfield has some nice power adders for the BRZ!

lowering springs on standard dampers are never a improvement. the argument with oem-ride quality is just rubish. KW/ST coilovers (V2 or XA or better XTA so you can adjust the camber) will definately run smoother and better than a set of lowering springs on standard dampers.
