In Germany you have time until summer 2017 to bring your Focus RS to the dealership (‘s workshop) to have the Drift-Mode disabled.
If you don’t you loose the warranty and in case of an accident you may also loose your insurance.

All because having a car that can “oversteer by the push of a button” was decided to be too dangerous.
