Five car movies I'd like to see in the London Motor Film Festival #LMFF

In case you didn’t know London Motor Film Festival is one of the best (if not the best) car movie festival out there and this year Car Throttle is gathering entries for the Community Choice Award! More info about how to enter and other stuff you can find on Jake Orr’s post.

However my post is not a movie submission, but a list of movies I’d like to see on the big screen. Maybe you can even get inspired by some of these and make your own movie submission to the London Motor Film Festival community.

The documentary of restoring a barn find vintage Maserati

I’d really like to see the process of bringing back to life a vintage Maser of a fellow brand addict with the decisions he has to take to keep his project going on while seeing how they impact his personal life, probably it would have to be a little dramatic, but I think it would make an amazing movie 😌

Incursion in the car culture of an underdeveloped country

Car guys who live in underdeveloped countries have to deal with problems from time to time and the fixes are most of the time very inventive. It could be really interesting to see the process of them dealing with the situations they’re in front of.

Cars are about stories, if you don’t have a great story you have a worthless piece of metal.

The story of a race car or a race

I’m sure there are a lot of stories in the old Italian car races like Mille Miglia or Targa Florio that need to be heard by the general public.

I’m sure our dear CTzen, Davids Kruze is not the only one who got to have lots and lots of great fun at the CT meet and he can’t be the only one to put it in great video form!

First car is often not the greatest car in the world and young drivers are usually not the most careful, this is a mix that produces amazing stories, even I got some interesting ones and I’m sure that us CTzens, besides all of the other drivers have some of the most amazing!
