Pretty much anywhere. I think he is using 1/36 scale cars which put the prices between £25-40 for a good model and a set of paints. Airfix and Revell do some cheap, decent car models. Tamiya is a little bit better but doesn’t have as great a range.

If more “modern artists” were as smart as this guy not using the real objects/valuable resources, people would not hate modern art. Nowadays those artist wannabes even thrown cats in the air and let them hit the floor from 3-4 meters high to get their “modern art”…
