This LaFerrari Tears Up Mugello In A Wave Of Glorious V12 Noise
Damn, now we really want Ferrari's latest hypercar
It may have a daft name, but after seeing this video of it in action at Mugello, we really want a LaFerrari. Maranello's latest hypercar was given an almighty thrash at the final round of the Ferrari Challenge championship last weekend.
As the driver opens the taps of the 789bhp 6.3-litre V12 on the straight, the sound is simply mind-boggling. Just 499 of these hypercars will be made, each with an F1-style 161bhp KERS unit to supplement the V12. 0-60 happens in under three seconds, while the top speed exceeds 220mph.
Ferrari are choosy about who they'll sell the car to - it's been reported that potential customers need to have previously owned five Fezzas.
