This Lamborghini Huracan Was Sliced In Half During A Massive Crash

The shocking, fiery aftermath of a crash which split a Huracan in two in Chicago can be seen in this dramatic footage

This shocking crash happened near Grant Park in Chicago on Saturday. According to eyewitness accounts cited by NBC, the Lamborghini Huracan was struck by another vehicle - almost certainly the mangled Lincoln seen in the middle of the intersection - sending it flying into a pole.

The force of the impact split the car in two, with the engine and rear wheels breaking away from the cockpit safety cell - something we’ve seen happen before in numerous mid-engined supercar crashes.

The injured driver was carried away from the car seconds before it exploded. He was conscious when taken away in an ambulance, but there have been no further reports about his condition.

Local authorities are currently investigating the crash.
