'Murica Monday: Gun-Toting Dragon Man Is The Most Unconventional Petrolhead
'Murica Monday celebrates the craziest stuff to come out of the USA. This week, it's the turn of Mel Bernstein, better known as 'Dragon Man'. Hailing from Colorado Springs, Dragon Man is one eccentric guy. He's a big gun nut, running a shooting range, weapons store and military museum in the area.
Dragon Man was set to have his own reality TV series on the Discovery Channel, but sadly a pyrotechnic glitch during filming for the pilot episode resulted in the death of his wife, Terry.
As you can see from these two videos, Dragon Man is something of an unconventional petrolhead. He not only has a road-legal dragster, but also a motorbike with a fire-breathing dragon mounted on top and a couple of assault rifles fixed to the handlebars...
We don't know about you, but we want to meet this guy.
