Official: Gemballa's 210mph Panamera Is The World's Fastest Two-Tonne+ Saloon

The GTP 700 is Gemballa's Porsche Panamera-based performance car. It has become 'the fastest sedan with a weight of over two tonnes.'

Gemballa has coaxed a whopping extra 180bhp from the 4.8-litre V8, which now makes 700bhp. This helped propel the German barge to 210.5mph around the high-speed test track at Nardo, Italy - that's an incredible 21mph jump over the standard car's top speed. As if confirmation of its stratospheric pace were needed, the GTP 700 completes the 0-62mph sprint in 3.3 seconds, and hits 124mph in under 10 seconds.

To achieve these ridiculous power hikes, Gemballa's engineers modify the intake system and remap the ECU, as well as fitting larger turbos, high-efficiency intercoolers, and a sports exhaust.
