This Poor Bald Eagle Got Stuck In A Car's Bumper
Just when we thought we’d never see a bald eagle quite as famous as the one who took a strong disliking to Donald Trump, this story came along.
This poor bird - symbol of ‘Murica and all its freedom - suffered the ironic indignity of getting stuck in the front bumper of a Saturn which hit it at speed.
As soon as the driver realised he had a surprise passenger, he called the authorities, with Clay County’s Sheriff’s Office and Clay County Fire personnel soon on the scene to extract the creature.
The bird was successfully rescued and is now recovering at B.E.A.K.S. Wildlife Sanctuary in Jacksonville, hopefully unaware that it’s about to become the star of countless memes.
