I know this car my mom has a photo with it
Actually I’ve seen one of these before. I must’ve followed it for at least a half hour until the driver pulled into a parking lot. Spent the next hour talking to the owner about it. He said it’s not the first time that’s happened to him and was happy to talk about it.
