A Wasted F-150 Driver Tried To Kill A New MX-5 Launch Edition
A new Mazda MX-5 Miata Launch Edition has already been smashed up in Florida thanks to an F-150 driver who was 'under the influence of illegal substances'

A new Mazda MX-5 Miata has already been involved in a heavy shunt in Jacksonville, Florida. The stricken car was a Launch Edition ND (one of 1000 to be produced) that was hit by a Ford F-150 pick-up whose driver was ‘under the influence of illegal substances’.

The incident took place on Monday, and the MX-5 had only just been driven away from the Mazda forecourt before being rear-ended and smashed into the car in front. As you can see, both the front and rear of the car are badly damaged, and the airbags were deployed.

Thankfully, no major injures were sustained. It remains unclear if the car will be written off or repaired.
Amazingly, however, good guy Mazda has decided to send out a replacement car in the next month.
