Watch A Douchebag BMW M3 Driver Slam Into A Turning Taxi

While the taxi in this video was performing what looked to be an illegal u-turn, this accident - which occurred in Taiwan - would have surely been avoided if the E92 M3 driver wasn't driving like such an idiot

We all love fast cars, but anyone with a modicum of common sense knows that there’s a time and a place. A busy city certainly isn’t the right place to be driving as quickly as this guy is, especially if - as the title of this video alleges - you’re attempting to impress your passenger. The taxi driver’s u-turn wasn’t ideal, but with the M3 driving a little more sensibly, this hefty accident probably would have been avoided.

Both parties are in the wrong, but legally, it’s the taxi’s fault.

Double yellow yes, but note that where the taxi was making his U turn there in fact was not double yellow, there seemed to be some form of gateway / intersection on the left at that point and it might have been legal to do an U-turn right where the taxi did it. Than again, I don’t know Taiwanese roadmarkings so I don’t know.

Anyhow due to his excessive speed I’d but all blame on the M3 driver.

I mean this wouldn’t have happened if the M3 wasn’t speeding but it also wouldn’t have happened if the taxi was aware of his surroundings.

what the f♥ck is wrong with those asians, youtube is full of their crashes, and every single one is the same… some douche tries to make a u turn from a far side lane… this is completely that taxi’s fault.
