This Marine is so angry about being rear-ended that he kicks and punches this car, while screaming at its driver to "get the fuck out, bitch".

You can just see the driver on the left thinking, 'When will he give up?'

The driver, seen here acting like nothing is going on, is the brother of the person holding the camera. She happens to be a fellow marine who is in a wheelchair. She is called a "c**t" by Mr. Angry in the video.

Apparently, this is the moment he gets arrested
