Under $250? Weight reduction.. no seriously. Strip the interior, free of charge, and then buy one or two light weight parts and exchange them… I cut a whole 1.7 seconds off of the 0-60 (results depend on the car).

I found one of those tubular chrome running boards from a pickup truck in a scrapyard…just so happens it was the same diameter as my throttle body. I now have a short ram (soon to be cold air) intake. Total price=a few cents!
