1983 Volkswagen MK1 Golf 1.8 20v turbo

This car is still part of my collection today. It’s a 1983 VW MK1 Golf. Originally a 1.3 litre with about 50 bhp. Last summer I swapped it for a 1.8 20v turbo engine from a MK4 Golf GTI. Together with a front mount intercooler, full 3 inch stainless steel exhaust system and an modified intake, it should be making about 170 bhp now. Next step is a remap, taking it well over 200… Should be fun!
