put tape over the whole knob, then cut out the number parts maybe
Use a fine brush
Get some nail varnish then just fill every number and letter in. You don’t need to be precise about doing it let it overflow onto the top part but then let it dry, and wipe the top of the knob (LOL) with nail varnish remover and it’ll just take the bits that are overflowing off hopefully leaving the numbers and letter still painted
Glob the paint on, wipe the nob, done
I would use a toothpick.
A simple small tipped paint brush (like the ones found in childrens art sets for example) would probably be able to fit in there and get the job done nicely
However you decide to do it, please share photos of the finished product.
a toothpick for an ultra fine paintbrush with hair bristles do not go cheap and don’t get the plastic bristles they work like crapif you’re worried about going outside the linestake a little bit of tape running across the top cut out your numbers and you can paint it however the hell you want then
Use a thin red marker then clear coat the whole thing
