What would be better for drifting, a limited slip differential or a locking differential?

Locking differential or a welded diff would be best

Limited slip because locking diffs usually don’t work above 10 mph and a welded diff is 100% locked all the time which isn’t the best

What car? What engine? Fast track or slow track? Do you daily drive that thing?

Well first things first… Choose a car. Then think about whats best for that particular car.

Welded diff, please note that if you do lock your diff, youre gna spend alot of money every two months on tyres if it is your daily aswell

Track only car: Weld it.
Street and track: LSD
It’s not even completely necessary to have any of those to get a rwd car to slide though.
