Which car makes you most sad because you'll probably never be able to afford it?

There comes a time in life (for me it’s 3-4 times a day) where you have an awful moment of realisation, that ‘the dream car’ is probably only ever going to be nothing more than a dream.

I love nothing more than a bit of ‘internet window shopping’ scrolling through the classified advert websites looking at cars I’d love to one day own. Every so often I stumble across something that makes me melt inside, something that triggers a desire of want so strong, that it’s almost uncomfortable.

This feeling is then usually followed up with a horrible sinking empty feeling. It’s that feeling backed up by the little voice in my head that says; "Realistically John, unless you win the lottery this isn’t ever going to happen, so tough luck, mate!" It’s horrible, it’s saddening and yet every day I put myself through the same dilemma.

For me, the 1995 Porsche 911 993 RS is exactly that. The one I’ve included as a screenshot above is a car that triggered that exact same horrible feeling just now.

I mean will you just look at it. It’s perfect, the colour is perfect, the wheels are perfect, the interior is perfect too, but yet it’s £225,000. Yep, two hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds. That’s more than $346,000(USD) or € 313,000(euros) a figure of money I’ll almost definitely never have to spend on a car. So I’m curious to know, which car does this for you?…

What car are you most struggling to come to terms with the fact you’ll probably never ever be able to afford?

Just in case you would like to see a little more of the car, it can be found by clicking here.

I probably will never afford to get an NSX :(, but I’ll work my ass off in college, and get a nice job to try getting one. As Shia Labeouf said, "Don’t let your dreams be dreams."

Singer Porsche 911. Even tho it’s not my ultimate dream car (It is the ‘70 Dodge Challenger, and that’s somewhat achievable) It just jurts me deep inside i’ll probably never be able to get one, Let alone it’s a exclusive car, the price tag is quite high, 300k-500k USD, that translates to around $5,000,000-$8,000,000 in Mexican Pesos, my national currency :/

Sexiest car ever, More curves than the Nurburgring ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

For me it is the Ferrari F40. I remember seeing it in the flesh for the first time when I was like 6 or 7 so circa 1991 or 1992.

I had about 3 posters on my wall. Saw it at a car show and remember being allowed to sit in it. Left an impression

Closest I will ever come is that new Lego kit.

Not unless I win the lottery or something.

Any of the latest Koenigsegg cars because of their sheer engineering brilliance. I don’t think there is a single car manufacturer out there that pushes the engineering envelope or puts in the same attention to detail as Christian does.
