You should find a place that has cafe racers on tap. Stay there for a day and interview the person behind all the glory. I’m certain there is such a place in Europe. I wish to one day be that guy. Fixing up old bikes to be racers. Would make a great mini documentary. If you wanna stick to the easier way, maybe get your hands on a few new Triumphs? Show us the good and bad (if any) sides.
