A3 8L Window Regulator Plastic clips on the regulators failure is quite common, causing the window to stop function correctly. Cat Heat Shield The bolts holding the shield on rust off and this will cause a rattling noise. Front ARB Plastic collars snap off, need to be replaced with the updated part from Audi. Water Pump The plastic impeller fails which can cause damage to the thermostat. This needs to be replaced with the metal water pump to prevent this issue.

FN2 Bodywork These cars do not have any major issues, however some suffered with rust on the top edge of doors under the trim, if treated it will be fine, if it isn’t treated it can become a problem. The paint was also very thin so they do suffer with stone chipping particularly on the bonnet. Make sure any stop chips have been filled in. Suspensions, Wheels and Brakes

From Geneva to New York every year we see some new, optimistic young car brand aiming to leave their impact on the crowded motoring industry. Motor show after motor show these hopeful brands showcase their newest offerings in a bid to try and steal a few customers from already established brands and provide them with a unique and fresh experience that they will have likely never tried before.

Last time, a long time ago, I explained the S51N , and today I will continue the list with 4 other variants. Here they are.
Drift

I don’t think anyone here needs an explanation about the definition of drifting, so let’s jump right into the basics. The most important and definitely the most difficult part of drifting a low-horsepower car is initiating the drift. There are multiple ways of doing that: Handbrake: This is probably the easiest way. Just pull the handbrake and steer into the corner, and the car will go sideways without too much effort.
Eclipse/Talon Forum (2G)

95-99 DSMs came in Eclipse and Talon variants, mechanically identical with minor cosmetic differences between models. There are far fewer model year changes on these cars than on the 89-94 models, but there are a few details you might want to be aware of when shopping.

Today, Mercedes-AMG, the in-house tuning and motorsports arm of Mercedes-Benz, is responsible for ultra-expensive, obscenely-overpowered sedans, coupes and SUVs that is a Mercedes-Benz (obviously). But then, they used to be a separate company too. So, that time AMG might had made a car that isn’t a Benz. However, that’s really happening. Everyone might expect that’s a BMW 5 AMG (haha). No. Instead it’s the Mitsubishi Debonair AMG, the first non-Benz AMG car ever.

I was planning on making a list of all my favorite cars for the past 3 months. This isn’t like #fillthegarage where you were limited by the amount of money you had. This excludes the money option and let the imagination go wild. Or put simply, if you were a billionaire, what cars and bikes you’d buy.

I hadn’t given this much thought until yesterday. With my wife’s BMW X5 at the panel beaters due to hail damage, she drove my usual daily driver, the Benz A170. This meant my daily driver now was the BMW E92 M3 — hereon referred to as the M3. Usually, driving it is a moment of joy and happiness. But yesterday, as I sped past a police speed camera, it was a moment of pain and had me questioning whether an M3, or any performance car, should be used as a “daily driver”.

The 182 completely changed my perspective. I always thought that hatchbacks (especially French) are not that good, it’s just a shrinked SUV on a sedan platform. French cars were overrated in my eyes then. I never had the chance to drive a Clio before because I lived in the USA, the land of the free, the place where you can’t even get a Renault. Any Renaults. When I first got this, I was quite disappointed. I went from a 540i to an S2000 and then this? I went from a RWD roadster sports car and then I drive a hatchback that is flimsy, plastic-y, and has an awful build quality?

What you’re looking at here is an insane, iconic supercar only TVR could be responsible for. The story of how it came to be, and how it never came to be, is a great one that I thought I’d share with you all!

The Aero Wars It’s 1970, and NASCAR has turned into a war-zone. After 2 consecutive championships with David Person, Ford was on the top of the world. That is, until Chrysler dreamed up the “Winged Warriors” in late 1969, making a debut at Talladega. Dodge and Plymouth dominated the 1970 Season with the Superbird and Charger Daytona, with Bobby Issac winning the championship. Meanwhile, Ford and Chrysler were taking a loss in the showroom, for differing reasons. Chrysler was taking a loss because of the amount of money put into the Winged cars and how few were being sold.

Here is for once a comparison that is fair(we all know that the last one was unfair) but this time the price doesnt really matter since it is always the same! Our 2 favourite sleepers comparison these are RWD. Noone expected that not even me i was blown away because they look like they are FWD. These are rockets that you can use if you cant afford AWD or 4WD cars like subarus or evos! They both have very fast versions also but omega has the stronger one… Im going to compare these 2 because it is just need to be done.

BMW and motorsport is almost like a natural combination. Just like cows and milk or whatever combination you can think of. Everyone knows the stunning E9 3.0 CSLs, the very successful E30 M3 DTM race cars and the legendary, fire-breathing M1 Procars. Lots of motorsport technologies found their ways into BMW’s production vehicles. These technologies also found their ways into the BMW X5 Le Mans concept, the car I would like to tell you more about. But before doing that, I would like to tell you more about the origin of the motorsport technologies in this concept car.

1JZ POWERED VW CADDY RB26DETT FORD TRANSIT According to the story, Skudo Auto Club needed a new workhorse vehicle to carry parts to and from their shop. They had recently just crashed their previous Ford Transit van and acquired a much newer one to replace it. As far as utility is concerned, the Ford Transit van is an absolute ace. But when it came down to driving enjoyment, the stock engine didn’t do much justice.

This is a Fanboy post to most. But I won’t be talking about the FT-1 as that is not the Supra. It is an entirely new car that continues the Toyota sports car legacy. The Toyota Supra is a sports car that was produced by Toyota Motor Corporation from 1978 to 2002. The styling of the Toyota Supra was derived from the Toyota Celica, but it was both longer and wider. Starting in mid-1986, the A70 Supra became a separate model from the Celica.

Now before we get started here, a little context is necessary. First off, I’ve grown up my whole life with Honda Civics. In fact, one of the family cars right now is a 2013 Honda Civic EX (manual, so joy of joys). While we have owned several cars (1990 Toyota Camry, 1996 Honda Civic LX, 2003 Toyota Rav4, 2010 Toyota Rav4 V6 Sport, just to name a few), they have all been Japanese. Secondly, coming from Canada, brands like Volkswagen are associated with premium luxury and, rather unfortunately, poor reliability.

One Top Fuel dragster 500 cubic-inch Hemi engine makes more horsepower than the first 4 rows at the Daytona 500. Under full throttle, a dragster engine consumes 11.2 gallons of nitro methane per second; a fully loaded 747 consumes jet fuel at the same rate with 25% less energy being produced. A stock Dodge Hemi V8 engine cannot produce enough power to merely drive the dragster’s supercharger.

I’m a diehard Nissan fan, no doubt. But I’ve recently come to agree with the opinion held by a few regarding the hype and attention towards the Nissan GTR within the automotive world and industry: It’s overated.

1. It's cheaper. The Skyline GT-R is one of the most hyped cars on the planet. But, that means that people will tend to ignore the non-GTR Skylines, making them significantly cheaper than the GT-R. To add, they’ve always been cheaper, because they’ve always been the lower model. To add, you know what you can do with all the money you’ll save from lower insurance and petrol costs? BUY MODS!
