Do you undertake cars when they are going slow in the fast lane? How do you deal with lane hoggers?

I undertake occasionally, but the way I see it, if there’s enough room for me to pass you in the slow lane and get back over, there was enough room for you to get out of the damn way.

Otherwise, I let the Audis and BMWs take car of business, I usually drop into the slow-lane, let the big German tail-gate em, then blow by once they finally get over.

At what point do you draw the line, undertaking in traffic is no more dangerous than undertaking at normal motorway speeds, done correctly and sensibly of course.

Empty lane = open lane. Some ass wants to go +1 over the limit in the fast lane, I WILL find a way around him.

Nothing really, I’d keep a 2 meter distance with the high beams on, beep twice and let the driver realize itself that it’s being an idiot if he’s running below the speed limit. If it’s on the speed limit then I’ll be in the normal lane and won’t be able to catch it since we should be on the same pace.

Fraz with the Volvo.

I just give em a little nudge… You know like being in a croud at a club and going for a drink just a wee “scuse me bud.” politely crashing into them. #Swedish_Tank

either undertake or tailgate. As idiotic as tailgating is, I admit I do it sometimes, BECAUSE people who are being tailgated, often gets all nervous and just gets out of the way. Even I myself feel a bit uncomfortable when someone tailgates me.
